Please choose between drop-off or in-home service when booking an online appointment. Include details about the problem you’re booking for in the “Appointment Notes” box. Our staff reviews these notes before each service to ensure efficient assistance.

Appointments made with this tool must be confirmed by a Kei’s PCs representative. Confirmations are completed by end of the business day unless the request is submitted after 3pm EST—in that case, by the end of the next business day. If your requested time conflicts, a representative will call to arrange the next available slot.

**In-Home Service Appointments require the service fee to book in order to reduce the likelihood of spam. Any such charges are considered a deposit, & will serve as a balance paid forward toward your final In-Home-Service appointment cost. If you wish to book an appointment without a deposit, please call us at 585-483-0024 to book your appointment. If your appointment for whatever reason needs to be cancelled, the hold is automatically refunded to your payment method, though depending on your bank it may take 3-7 business days in order to appear on your statement. To ensure a smooth experience, we require ALL in home service appointments made via the online booking tool to be made at least 48 hours in advance to the time of the appointment. This rule is in place to minimize the possibility of scheduling conflicts as well as to ensure we have enough time to reach out if we need any additional information to attend to your repair effectively & efficiently.
